Rev. Heidi was born in Holland and immigrated
to Toronto at the age of 3. She and her husband Peter were married
in 1969 and have one
married daughter and presently one grandson. Pastor Heidi is the
founder and lead Pastor of Mayfield Trinity Worship Centre in Brampton,
Ontario. Her husband Peter serves alongside her as the Church Administrator.
She is an Ordained Minister with Elim Canada. Pastor Heidi is a
graduate of Christian Leadership University with a Bachelor of
Ministry degree, and is presently studying for her Master’s
degree in Divine Healing. She has recently served on the Pastoral
Team of a church as the Equipping/Training Pastor.
Prior to her formal training for ministry,
Pastor Heidi has worked for over 23 years in many facets of leadership
in the local church.
She has served as Women’s Leader, Head of Prayer and Counseling,
Worship Leader, Bible Teacher, Executive Secretary to Senior Pastor,
Alpha Director and traveling Evangelist, and Church Administrator.
Because of her extensive experience in the church, she has acquired
a well balanced understanding of Ministry.
Pastor Heidi is known for her clear and
insightful Bible teaching with a rare combination of Biblical
truth, prophetic flow, humor
and wisdom. Although able to speak on a variety of subjects, Pastor
Heidi gives tremendous insights on “The Father Heart of God.” She
is an equipper and prepares and mentors those under her ministry
to launch out into their perspective callings.
Rev. Judy Pattison, B.Th. – ECWD Founding Director
Judy served as the
First National Director of E.C.W.D. from 1992 to 2007. Prior to this,
she and her husband Ron owned and operated J & M Books, a 'full
service' Christian bookstore in Brampton, Ontario for over 18 years.
Under Judy’s pioneering leadership, the Women’s Department evolved
from it’s small beginnings into multi-racial annual Conventions,
Leadership Conferences, and Retreats, attended by scores of women from
many different denominations in Ontario and Quebec. During this time
Judy mentored and trained dozens of women Leaders and networked
cross-denominationally with many other National Women’s Ministries’
Directors and Pastors.
The Pattison’s were
married in 1962, and have two grown daughters, and five grand
children. Judy has a Certificate in Christian Counseling from Ontario
Bible College [Tyndale College] and an earned Bachelor of Theology
Degree from Christian Life School of Theology in Columbus, Georgia. In
1997, she was Ordained as a Minister by Elim Canada, and in 2002
appointed to the Board of Director’s by Elim Fellowship Canada.
After
retiring as the ECWD Director, Judy and Ron moved from Ontario to
Westbank, BC in order to live closer to their youngest daughter and
her family. At that time, the Elders and Board of Elim Canada,
appointed Judy as their Elim Representative for British Columbia and
Alberta, where she will continue to serve the larger body of Christ.

Rev.
Nancy Clark - U.S. W.I.L.L.O.W.
Rep Nancy was born of missionary
parents, Rev. and Mrs. George L. Veach, in Argentina,
South America. Her grandparents are Rev. and Mrs.
Ivan Q. Spencer, founders of Elim Bible Institute
in Lima, New York. Nancy is married to Rev. Jeffrey
L. Clark and they have three daughters. Jeff serves
as the President of Elim Bible Institute, and is
on the Council of Elders of Elim Fellowship, Lima,
New York.
Nancy, who is ordained with Elim, has served as the
Director of W.I.L.L.O.W., the Women’s Ministries of Elim Fellowship since 1995. Nancy also serves
on the board of Harvest Preparation International Ministries, Sarasota, FL,
and Executive Board of the Women’s Commission for the National Association
of Evangelicals (N.A.E.). She ministers at Conferences regularly within the
United States, Canada, and internationally carrying the message of the Gospel.
Her ministry is prophetic, apostolic, cross-cultural and cross-generational.
Rev. Clark came to Canada in November of 1995, for the first ECWD “Time
Apart”, to share from her ministry experience and to encourage the ECWD
Leadership. It was at this time that the Lord bonded Nancy with the other ECWD
leaders, and this warm and mutually beneficial fellowship has continued until
the present. Nancy was appointed to the ECWD Executive Committee in June of
1997, with the approval of the Elders of Elim Canada. She serves as our Elim
U.S. representative, and a ministerial resource person, visiting Canada regularly
to give ECWD her support, and wisdom. Nancy’s heart for the nation of
Canada is reflected in our relationship, as well as her continuing life investment
in the ministers and churches of Canada. Email:

Mrs. Barb Cuthbert Barb was born in Kitchener, Ontario and now resides in Brantford with her husband
Larry. During their married life, they have lived in nine different Ontario
and Manitoba cities, and moved 23 times. They have one grown daughter and
3 grandsons. In 1980, they both made a commitment to Jesus as their Lord
and Saviour. Barb presently works as the Receptionist at a Brantford Century
Twenty-One Real-Estate Franchise.
Recognizing the call
to ministry on her life, the Elders of Elim Canada granted
Barb her Minister’s License
in 2004. She is a qualified teacher for the Evangelism Explosion
program, and in the past, has served in various church leadership
positions, such as: elder, treasurer, children’s ministry
Leader, Bible Studies teacher, and home group Leader. Presently,
she and her husband attend Grand Valley Christian Centre, where
she received her diploma after successfully completing their
two- year video Bible College course, (I.S.O.M.) the International
School of Ministry.
Barb has regularly attended ECWD events,
since its beginning in 1992. She became a church rep in that
year, and in 1997; she was appointed the ECWD Church Rep Supervisor
and joined the Leadership Team. Church Reps are responsible
for advertising ECWD’s two national events to their own
church women. Currently, Barb oversees 5 District Church Rep
Leaders, who network with the over 60 individual church reps
throughout Ontario and Quebec. She has also been a part of
the Altar Ministerial for over four years. To honour her faithful
service and commitment to ECWD, in December of 2005, Barb was
appointed to the Executive Committee (the policy and decision

Mrs. Jacquie Daniel -
Liaison Mrs. Daniel
was born in London, England, of Jamaican parents. At the age of
3, Jacquie immigrated with her
family to Toronto, Canada. In 1986, she married her husband Alfred,
and moved to Brantford in 1989. Jacquie & her husband have 4
children; she works full-time for Bertelsmann Corporation, where
she is their corporate Training & Quality Manager.
Mrs. Daniel attended her first ECWD event in the spring of 1998, and assisted
on the hospitality committee as a greeter at the Fall Leadership Conference
of the same year.
In the spring of 1999, Jacquie was appointed
to serve as ‘Hospitality Leader’ on the ECWD Leadership
Team (those who give leadership at all Events). This important
position gave Jacquie the overall responsibility of training
and managing greeters\hostesses for all ECWD events. After exhibiting
excellence in her work in the hospitality area, Jacquie was promoted
to the ECWD Executive committee (the policy and decision making
body of ECWD) with the new job description of Director’s
Liaison, as she continues to give oversight to the Hospitality
area. Recognizing the call to ministry on her life, the Elders
of Elim Canada granted Jacquie, Christian Worker credentials
in 2002.
In 2003, Jacquie became part of ECWD’s Administration Team staff, along
with Sharon Maxwell, and Debbie Reid. Jacquie’s job consists of on-site
problem solving, and trouble shooting, relating to administrative matters
concerning the Convention. It is the Team member’s responsibility to
liaise on behalf of the ECWD Director with the Hotel Sales Management, Front
Desk Staff, and Catering Department. In addition, the Administrators ensure
the smooth running of the Convention weekend, by their attention to detail
with all the ECWD Committee Leaders, along with the whole area of Registration

Rev. Hazel Gibson -
Intercession & Prison
Outreach Rev. Gibson
was born in the West Indies. She immigrated to Quebec in 1958,
where
she met and married her husband. The Gibson’s,
have several grown children, and grandchildren.
During the years of 1984 to 1995, Hazel made great
impact for the Lord by her regular mission’s trips to the West Indies. Her involvement has been:
Mission’s Team Leadership, conducting feeding programmes for the poor,
Street evangelism, Hospital and church visitation, ministry in a boys group
home, preaching and praying for the sick, Bible College ministry, teaching
home bible studies, and helping to build two Churches. Since 1990, Hazel has
mentored and discipled many young Christian women, and volunteered her time
for prison ministry, an Oncology Clinic, Hospital work, and in hospices.
In 1997 Rev. Gibson became involved as an intercessor for ECWD. Later in the
year, she took over the leadership of this Committee, and joined the ECWD Leadership
Team (those who give leadership at all Events). Recognizing her leadership
qualities, Hazel was promoted to the Executive Committee (the policy and decision
making body of ECWD) in 1999. In the spring of 2003, the Executive authorized
Hazel to supervise the new “ECWD Prison Outreach”. Recognizing
the call to ministry on her life, Hazel was ordained in October, of the same
year, by Elim Canada. Besides her leadership with ECWD, and in the prisons,
Hazel has conducted Prayer Seminars for various Ontario Churches.
Mrs. Sharon Maxwell -
Registrar, and the Food and Beverage Manager Sharon was born and raised
in a Christian home in St. Catharines, Ontario, and
committed her life to Christ at an early age. She
and her husband Norm, along with their three sons,
live in Flamborough, Ontario, and attend Flamborough
Christian Fellowship, where Sharon is Involved in
Children’s ministry. In the summer she works
with Flamborough Friendship Co., an association of
churches that present VBS programs in the community.
In the
spring of 1997, Sharon became involved with ECWD
on the Registration committee,
and in 2001 she was appointed as ECWD Registrar\Food
and Beverage Manager serving on the Leadership
Team (those who give leadership at all Events).
Because of her faithfulness and leadership qualities,
Sharon was promoted to ECWD’s Executive committee
(the Decision Policy making body), in October of
2003.
Presently, Sharon serves on the ECWD’s Administration Team staff, which
consists of Deb Reid, and Jacquie Daniel. Sharon’s job consists of
on-site problem solving, and trouble shooting, relating to administrative
matters concerning the Convention. It is the Team member’s responsibility
to liaise on behalf of the ECWD Director with the Hotel Sales Management,
Front Desk Staff, and Catering Department. In addition, the Administrators
ensure the smooth running of the Convention weekend, by their attention to
detail with all the ECWD Committee Leaders, along with the whole area of

Mrs. Debbie Reid- Hosptiality
Mrs. Reid was born and raised in Fonthill, Ontario (Niagara Region),
and moved to Brantford in 1973. She and her husband Elliot, along with
their two children, continue to reside in that city. Elliot helps ECWD
by heading up the Audio\Visual Department at all events. Deb works
full-time in Burford, Ontario for the the County Brant. She is
responsible for Tax
Accounting,
Property Tax
Arrears,and
all on-site training of cashiers for satellite offices for County of
Brant.
Debbie found the Lord as her Saviour in June 1980, and has actively
served Him since that time. She has served in various leadership
Church positions, such as: Assistant Treasurer, the only woman Trustee
for 14 years; and the Head of Women’s Ministries. The Reid’s home
Church is Grand Valley Christian Centre.
Debbie has regularly attended ECWD events since its inception in 1992.
After serving as Assistant Hostess Leader for one year, she was
appointed as ECWD Comptroller, and to the Executive Committee (the
policy and decision making body of ECWD) in April of 2001. At the same
time she became a member of the Leadership Team (those who give
leadership at all ECWD Events). A year later, Deb assumed the position
of Comptroller, taking over all finances and Bookkeeping
responsibilities for ECWD. Recognizing the call to ministry on her
life, in September of 2001, the Elders of Elim Canada granted Debbie,
Christian Worker credentials.
In
2003, Debbie became part of ECWD’s Administration Team staff, along
with Sharon Maxwell, and Jacquie Daniel. Deb’s job consists of on-site
